One, ZQ (Jzq) reducer

ZQ type gear reducer have nine kinds of assembly type is shown in Figure 1, the input shaft is conical, the output shaft end of a cylindrical shaft extension type (Z type), gear shaft type (CA type) and Euclidean (slider) coupling shaft extension type (F type).

3 main technical parameters

1) the center distance is the nominal center distance from the total center distance, as shown in Table 1

4 shape, shaft ends and mounting dimensions

The shape, shaft extension and installation dimensions of type ZQ reducer are shown in Table 2 and table 3.

5 carrying capacity

The ZQ (JZQ) and ZQH type reducers allow the input power to be shown in table 5.

The maximum allowable torque and maximum allowable radial force at the output shaft end of ZQ (JZQ) and ZQH type reducer are shown in table 6.
