QJ series reducer is suitable for all the related institutions of cranes, and also widely used in transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical, light industry and other machinery and equipment transmission mechanism, transmission mechanism.

1. there are nine types of assembly, as shown in figure 1:

2.QJR, QJS and QJRS mounting types: horizontal W or vertical L (V) at deflection angle + a. For horizontal mounting, vertical mounting in L range, see Figure

Note: the degree of a angle is related to the transmission ratio. When the reducer tilts a angle, it should ensure that the middle gear is stuck with 1-2 high teeth depth.

3.QJR, QJS and ajRS are three pivot support types, as shown in figure 3.

4. shaft end type: high speed shaft end adopts cylindrical shaft flat key connection, output shaft end has three kinds of patterns (see Figure 4 and table 2, 3)

A.P (T): cylindrical shaft, flat key, single key connection;

B.H (R): cylindrical shaft involute spline joint:

Type c..C: gear shaft end (only nominal center distance of 236-lOOOmm reducer) with this type of shaft end

< eight > the maximum radial load allowed at the end of the output shaft of the reducer (as at n=950r/min) is shown in table 14

< nine > reducer selection and lubrication

1 speed reducer, the work level of each mechanism is divided into eight kinds M1-M8. The power values for the M5 work level are listed, and should be used at other job levels, according to formula PM5-PM. * 1.12 (` 9 ')

Type: kW values in the PM5- power meter;

I- work level 1-8:

PMi- power value relative to the Mi operating level kW;

When choosing, it can calculate the basic load Mmax= phi Mn according to the fatigue of each mechanism of the crane, and then convert the power Pwi=Mmax/9550

2 when selecting, it can also be divided into 15 coefficients K according to the calculated load, and then selected from the corresponding table.

4. the lubrication of the reducer

Horizontal reducer adopts oil tank splash lubrication, vertical reducer should adopt cycle injection lubrication. The lubricant is made of L-CKC100-L-CKC220 in GB/T5903.

When the ambient temperature is lower than O degrees, the user should have a lubricating oil heating device; when the oil tank splash lubrication, the oil temperature should be higher than O degrees; when using fuel injection lubrication, the oil temperature should be higher than 5 degrees to start.
